I ordered a collapsible Christmas tree on October 5,2022. $49.49 was charged to my American Express Card. I never received.a confirmation or the tree.

My daughter bought some items from the Bed Bath & Beyond scam. When the package arrived today, it was a Santa stocking and a very cheap one at that. The package was from China. Her credit card had already refunded her money.

I ordered a chair and footstool and paid extra for express delivery, my AMEX card was charged but all that I received was a pair of socks. These people are thieves do not get caught do not buy from them.

I order food containers and a garden bench , never got them my order # was 12499, but they charged my AMEX, this is a fraud company and I already report this as a fraudulent transaction

The first strange thing was that the Paypal option was not clickable, I was forced to pay with American Express. Also paid for VIP-priority delivery, money wasted. I had to solicit delivery, they gave me the tracking number of the order. The seller name strangely changed in Quintin. The object was flying around China on several planes. Only on July 10th something arrived: just a mockery,a very cheap small shoulder bag with the same order tracking number. THIEVES! Steer clear of them.

Purchase charged on American Express. Nothing ever arrived. Reported to AMEX as fraudulent. Should be barred from all charge companies. They allow these scam websites to steal. Good for paypal for refusing scam charges.

I ordered a laser printer with the power bank my Amex was charged and received confirmation emails, when I received my package it was a black fleece beanie & a black fleece neck scarf. I contacted them several times and they responded they wanted me to send back the beanie & scarf at my expense ($44.88) to send back to them. and then they would send me the correct item. So it was going to cost as much to return wrong items as it cost me for the laser printer& power bank. After telling them that and that I wanted a refund or the items I ordered. I haven't heard from them since.

Ordered rocking lawn chairs from what we thought was a QVC website no email confirmation 4 weeks later got a strawberry shaped zipper pull type thing scam!!!

I purchased a standing desk anda drawer paid by AMEX on July 2023. The doggy company provided a fake track number and email. Never received the items. Emails them several times were bounce back. Reported to Amex as a fruadlent transaction.

Ordered a cat tree, charged on Amex, another greedy Chinese demonic fraud, never got the tree, money is gone, Amex would not help.
