What is it?

Ordered a cat tree, never got it, then charges began to appear on my American Express statement showing CTB Household Goods, there was a HONG KONG address with both those charges, OF COURSE IT'S CHINA RIPPING US OFF AGAIN!!!!! I disputed it, evil card company said sucks for you, you are still responsible even for chinese evil fraud. Cancelled my card, I refuse to pay, going to collections for CHINESE EVIL SCAMMERS. Blow up China, thats the only solution.
