I was Charged $79.80 for some shoes i did not order because I did not receive any shoes. they charged my Debit card, and it said PayPal also. What do I do to stop this happening again?

i was fraudulently charged $48.90 twice, by a scam paypal heomaie paypal for an online order from a scam "JAMZB company on 11/10/2022. The so-called order number was #JAMZB#10431". At that time I did not have a real paypal account.
