What is it?

I looked at my bank statement and saw a charge for almost $60 from mndter.com and had no idea what it was. I tried to contact them to find out about the charge and was on hold for 28 mins before I was hung up on. I called again and was hung up on again.. I still have not been able to contact them to dispute the charge or even find out what it was for.
