Hello world Paris has attempted to charge my cash App account several times. I have never visited their Website

This same thing is happening every month to me 16.99 charge from "hello world paris"... which I can't find to be an actual company ! So I can't contact the merchant! And just as any person here is saying its all through cashapp... doesn't that seem strange to anyone else here? There has to be something to this and that it's all through cash app... there has been a hack or something which cash app is not telling us where massive amounts of data have been leaked! Or something in the same realm of this... I have reported it to cashapp they say contact the merchant and when I explain further they cancel my card and send me a new one free of charge which makes no sense bc if they have the account number it will just keep continuing to happen and it does... but the charges never go through bc I keep my card locked until I use it! Even still the declined purchases have to reflect negatively in some way on me or my credit! This needs answers and some lawyer or attorney should take time to look into this bc a massive amount of money is at stake and settlements could mean big revenue for the victims and company to take on such a disposition! Lots of good publicity for a company wanting to expand their services! I'm just saying
