WALMART GROCERY BENTONVILLE ARUS TOOK 98$ out my account!!!!!!! and i never been to that walmart in my life!!!! how do I get my money back?!

I just checked my smione debit card and it alerted me that $83.72 was declined from my card from a Walmart.com Bentonville, ARUS. I never been to that Walmart and someone tried to get funds off of my debit card. I am not for sure what they tried to purchase but this is not fair how someone can just attempt to take money off of your debit card. I really hope they get caught!!

I'm in Illinois. Woke up on Tuesday to an email from Citibank showing a $539.42 charge at the Walmart Grocery in Bentonville, AR made at 8:38 PM. Another charge a minute late for $867.90 was declined because they detected fraud. I immediately contacted Citi and locked the card, then had it replaced with a new one. They removed the first charge from my account. These fraudulent charges from Bentonville have been going on for a while. Is no one investigating this?

Had a couple attempts at stuff being charged to my card from Walmart.com; thankfully, they were all recognized as fraudulent and immediately canceled. I made my Walmart.com account about a year ago, made one purchase on it, and less than a month later Google notified me that the password I'd used for it was leaked. Not certain it's related, but wouldn't be surprised.

I had my debit card also charged to Walmart Grocery Bentonville, AR (their corp hdqutrs). Ive NEVER ordered on walmart.com in my life. My debit card wasn't stolen. A local store must've stolen my info and it wouldn't surprise me if it's the Walmart corporation themselves deliberately STEALING peoples money! Many more had this happen on a Facebook thread. I started commenting and a Walmart rep responded like they werent agreeing or disagreeing with what I said, but kinda encouraging me to private message them instead. I.e., don't make a public stink online and make them look bad. I message them, and then they blew me off. I'm never using ANY cards at ANY Walmart ANYTHING EVER AGAIN.

I ordered a gift basket from the Walmart.com in 2020. Money was withdrawn by "WALMART.COM BENTONVILLE, AR, US" back then. I haven't bought anything at Walmart (online or in-store) since. Today, August 12 2021 the same Walmart ("WALMART.COM BENTONVILLE, AR, US") withdrew 90 dollars from the same card I paid with in 2020. I checked my Walmart account, no purchases where made. We need to sue Walmart! This is either a security leak or an inside job!

Was at the Bank inside Walmart and looked on my app on 11/24 and noticed a $98.00 charge from AR. Had to go right back to the bank to get a new card and filed a fraudulent charge. Who is doing this and WHY HASN’T WALMART STOPPED THIS? Someone should be arrested and made to pay us all for the inconvenience and insult. There is someone in Betonville, AR who is doing this. Why has WALMART done something? I am thinking of transferring my Prescriptions and never shopping there again. I’m calling the Corporate Office to complain. Someone there is taking all our card numbers and they are letting them. It’s there fault for not catching them.

I had 4 seperate pending charges totaling almost $500 from walmart grocery in bentonville AK. I reported my card stolen as I do not shop at walmart. I called walmart and they found a fraud account using my card information. They assured me I would be refunded and not billed for these. I got a new card and the next morning 3 of the 4 charges actually went through. Called walmart again and both times they told me someone in texas picked up my groceries and I am responsible for paying for them. they blaimed me and refused to refund him. Disputed the 3 charges and I am waiting for a refund from the bank. The fact that walmart refused to refund me when I gave them all the clear proof that it wasn't me was dumb. Just so everyone knows the bentonville is actually their corporate site, so it is going to come up as that on your statements but doesn't mean purchases came from there. Walmart actually told me who the woman was that picked up the groceries.

These people this fake website are scamming people left and right all over the US and Canada. I saw a review with a number to walmart 833 235 2112. I called it and was for credit cards issues to walmart. I pressed 1 and spoke with a lady and told her what happen. Never got her name. She did give me Walmart 1 800 925 6278. I called and spoke wit lizet and lisa. I explain to them and they couldnt help me. I asked for the supervisor. I spoke with Ever and he said he couldnt find chsrges for a refund in the system and I have to discuss with my Bank so they can dispute the charges. I asked him why hasnt Walmart investigate this problem even though he said walmart not responable for someone taking money from my account. A charge showed up on my debit card for $149. I do not shop at Walmart, nor do I live in Arkansas. This is definitely an inside act of theft and fraud, from a Walmart employee at corporate. Everyone definitely needs to contact their local investigative news channel and an attorney.

Like many of you ; I got an alert that two charges for 117.82 and 126.09. All of which came from Walmart.com and I hadn’t shopped on the site since august of 2020 since I typically go to the store to purchase. Today I went to a local Walmart for a refund on one pair of jeans from an in-store purchase two weeks ago. They told me swipe my card since I didn’t have the actual receipt from the in-store purchase. They were able to locate the transaction and refund me my money in cash. Hours later these two fraud transactions from Walmart.Com appeared on my bank card. Now I have to dispute the charges. The hackers have hacked Walmart system. Walmart get it together !! My card now have to be replaced !! Ugh !!

I didn't catch it till now but I was charged a total of $154.69 at the Walmart in Arizona and I've never even been to Arizona. I was charged 9 different times over the last 2 months I called Walmart to get a refund and they said oh we can't you have to call your bank I don't understand that part. Can't stand this and having to get a new card is going to suck.

I had the same experience for 0ver $300.00 credit card charge at Walmart. Luckily experian caught it and denied the charge. I would highly recommend credit monitoring with the credit agencies. It works and is needed more than ever today.

I only noticed the charges because my husband gave me a receipt that didn't match. So, I started back tracking and well, the hacker got me for $2192.00!!! The earliest charge was from 06/01/20. I have stage IV colon cancer. I didn't need this headache.

Walmart in Bentonville charged my CashApp card $110, but I keep my CashApp card locked at all times, so the order did not work of course. I plan on ordering another card so it dosen't happen again. I live in the UAE, so nowhere near the US and I still somehow got caught into all of this. Never even knew Walmart had subscriptions up until I noticed my card was charged 13.99USD off a purchase of one.. didn’t even just stop at the subscription, unfortunately. An additional 156.24USD purchase was made, and to top it all off, a 200GBP purchase from Shell Energy, Warwick. Never even stepped foot in the US or the UK whatsoever, so hearing about Bentonville or even Warwick is super alien to me lmao. Had to contact my bank, block the card (saw that whoever had access to my details tried to purchase something for 25USD, 11 more times but every single one of those attempted transactions got declined after locking the card xD), go in and get a replacement card and managed to withdraw what was left on my card post blocking it. All I have left to do is to wait for an update regarding the charges after filing a dispute with my bank, but for now, there goes all my food and gas money for this month :’)

I just noticed that I was charged 14.10$ multiple time (4 to 12 times a month) from Walmart for Walmart + membership Bentonville AR. I've never been to Walmart in my life and how a bank can accept multiple transactions with the same amount. I've filled a claim and I had to cancel my debit card because of them. Capital One card got declined for insufficient balance, somebody tried to make a $136.39 payment to Walmart Grocery Bentonville, AR. Happened at 10:38 PM when I was about to go to sleep. I live in Houston so I have never been to this Bentonville location. Little do they know, I only keep $1 on that card. I only use it to transfer and withdraw cash because my main bank is from a chain regional to New England where I used to live. Trying to steal $113 from a $1 account, fucking geniuses.

I had a charge for walmart.com last week and luckily it went to my email. Their was a NY address on it. I called the apt manager of the building and he said nobody by the name that was on the order lived there. Luckily I was able to cancel the order. Just a few days ago I had a charge from Bentonville, AK try to go through for a Walmart location and it was denied to insufficient funds. I noticed a 126 charge on my account at 11:38 pm and it says Walmart groceries Bentonv on my records. I called my bank as soon as I woke up, so now they are issuing a new card and disputing the charge. I have never been to this place, so someone got my card information, had to be electronically because I still have the card. This really pisses me off.

My friends in TX are having this issue. They keep having this same Walmart pull money out of their account. They have canceled their bank card & removed it from their Walmart account. Still, money is being taken out. Does anyone know how to stop this?

I was charged over $500 for a purchase made at Walmart from Florida. I'm in GA. They also put a $9.99 white pages charge. I can't afford to buy anything that costs $500 . It didn't go through my Walmart account. My bank called me (not absolutely sure it was them) to ask about the charges and I said I didn't make them but it still went through. Here's the weird part...FedEx dropped off a $500 portable air conditioner. Wth?? Did the scammed screw up? Also, my bank says there was a security breach at Walmart 😡

I too woke up to an amount I was unfamiliar with from a location I’m not even close to nor have ever been to. I freaked out, called my bank and of course they couldn’t help as far as trying to figure out what the charge is (I haven’t been on point with tracking spending lately) and they didn’t have any contact info so that didn’t ease me any. Bank said I could report it as fraud, cancel my card and what a headache right?! I asked them to just let me track down stuff to be sure before I went through all of that. TURNS OUT the charge was accurate it was just extremely delayed. It was a pickup I did well over a week prior.

Suggestion: check check and check before reporting. This apparently is Walmart Headquarters and charges can be delayed. I also seen that some charges could be from other sites serviced by Walmart. Go through all of your transactions within 2 weeks comparing amounts before you scream fraud.

Not saying it’s not fraud for you, just don’t assume fraud bc the address is AR. Hope this helps some.

Bentonville Walmart.com tried to charge my card $69.19. it was denied due to lack of funds. I haven't shopped online in at least a couple years and I've never been to Arizona. I don't have much money to begin with and to have some ass hat try to steal it from me is beyond irritating.

Iwas robbed 11/25/2023 for 277.60 Walmart.com. while in a meeting. Called my bank immediately. It seems that no one care or even wants to stop this. The charges do not show up in my walmart.com account. I had to cancel my debit card. Looks like Walmart will become a cash only place for me. They store your card information and use it to spy on transactions within their stores. The know everything you purchase even if it's not on Walmart.com. Freaked me out the first time I saw my whole grocery list listed on Walmart.com when it was a store purchase. Don't store yor card on this site unless you have money to give away.

Fraudulent charges...2 of them back to back. One for $300 and one for $500. Our maximum withdrawal limit per day is set at $800. Interesting how the 2 charges total that amount. The charges or withdrawals happened today. The bank reversed both charges and then called us. Kudos to our bank for recognizing it as fraud from the word go!

Someone used WMT Plus 2024 Bentonville, ARUS to charge $98.00 on my credit card. A little digging n I discovered it's fraud. I called my bank, cancelled my card n ordered a new one. But until it's no longer pending, I cannot dispute it n get my money back. $98.00 so if you see WMZt plus Bentonville, ARUS charge on your statement. It's fraud. Cancell your card n report to criminal fraud division of the FzbI immediately.

People keep saying that the charges from Walmart.com ARUS is the Walmart + service. Fair enough, whatever, the trouble is - I have never even considered subscribing to Walmart+. But they just took $105.12 from my account.

My card was charged on August 13th at 6:38am for $62.68 at a Walmart in Bentonville, AR…. I live in Florida. I know the home offices are in Bentonville but this said it was a Debit card SWIPE at the Walmart on 8th street. Who or whatever is charging these cards must not realize I’m a Walmart overnight supervisor and I was at work in FL when this mystical charge occurred. The card that was charged was my ONE card which was recommended by Walmart themselves and I haven’t heard anything about my case since.

You need to do some serious checking into your headquarter staff. Someone is stealing credit card information. It’s not a coincidence that people from all over the US are getting their debit/credit card information stolen and used at Walmarts. We don’t normally shop at Walmart and do not live in the state where my card was used. I will be reporting this to the Investigative News Team in Minnesota. I’m guessing with the way you treat your employees, the person stealing customer information, think you owe them and that they are foreign.
