This company is a 3rd-party billing company for small utility providers (electric, gas, water, etc).
If you buy something from the National Grid Marketplace website (smart bulbs, thermostats, etc), this company is listed on your CC bill.
They are legit, but not obvious.

I ordered a Google Nest Thermostat through my utility (AES Ohio) marketplace. It was free, but they charged $12.10 for S&H. It was billed in my CC as 'UTILITY STOE BILLING 833-884-0566 CO'. LEGIT.

this charge was for a Google Nest Theromostat that was offered through Duke Energy for deep discount.
I believe this charge, which is noted to have come through PayPal, is for an air purifier offered through Evergy (in Missouri). Took me a while to figure this one out. Didn't show up in my PayPal account, though. But this is the only explanation i can figure out for a $96.71 purchase on my debit card.
What is the $11.95 charge on my credit card for? Never asked for anything from your company. South Jersey Gas was offering FREE Nests. Is this a charge for that "supposed" FREE Nest? Bogus....!
