What is it?

I had a debit from my account that is not authorised. I have reported this to my bank and the police as a fraud i´ve never heard of the dating factory or Tyche Tech!! I want you to refound my money now.

I am in the same position as the above, had a debit from my account that is not authorised. I have reported this to my bank as fraud as never heard of the dating factory or Tyche Tech!!
