charged my card without authorization -- FRAUD!!!!!!!!

My Bank flagged a Charge of $39.99 as Fraud. They canceled the Card immediately and I had a new one in my hands 48 hours later. So Chase gets 100% for excellence. The Charge showed up as miscellaneous (Chase were unable to trace the biller!) but this is the company which offers refunds but surprise surprise you can not contact them you get a 503 or 404 error message - MYIQ - 2093 Philadelphia Pike #3129, Claymont, DE 19703 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL AUTOCHARGE YOU BIWEEKLY AND YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD
