TRU HOLIDAY EXPRESSQPS

I work at a holiday Inn Express and Suites and we have received a few phone calls about charges from this source, and after some digging on our part we found out that it is actually a Toys R' Us (TRU) Holiday Express store, they are relatively new and to be honest the choice of name as caused quite a bit of confusion for us working at the hotels

Tru Holiday Express 7562 New York. On September 22, 2017. This was charged to my card, i called my credit card company and they did not even know. They thought it was a hotel i stayed at. Told them no. So I did my own research and it does match Toys R Us that me and my family went on Friday, Sept. 22. Always double check your card statement.

I saw two of these charges several days apart on my statement. So happy I found this site. I did go to a Toys r us express store here in town twice. The way it is listed on the charge acc't is indeed horrible.

I was wondering what this was that cleared my account, but I did shop at Toys R Us express in Gulfport and the transaction was for the amount that clear from TRU HOLIDAYQPS.

This just happened to me with 6 Charges. 3 at 49.99 one at 45.03 then 25.10 then...wait for it.....691.40!! Fraudulent Charges. Tru Holiday Express 5117 Glendale NY. All on the same day.

WOW! Thank you for posting clarification! I thought my credit card had been hacked by the repair shop and about to call the general manager and report the sweet kiddo used my credit card number at Holiday Inn and have her fired! Thank goodness I checked on line first and read this!! It saved her career!

Same thing when I was revieweing harges for annual income tax purposes... How unhelpful of them... Thank you very much to the folks from Holiday Inn for helping us clueless types out there leaving this signpost!

I just received a fraud alert from my bank, concerning two charges made using my card info at two different locations out of Texas.(Home of the TRU Holiday Express) I live in Ohio. I had just made a purchase at a Tanger outlet Toys R Us Express. According to another post, that person also had fraudalant charges after using their card at a Toys R Us Express. Wondering if there is some kind of link?

I'm glad I did a search on the TRU Holiday Express charge on my cards also, I was about to start an investigation with the bank. We did shop at Toys R Us but weren't aware pf the name change, I thought is was fraudulent from Holiday Inn Express, thanks for clearing it up guys. Merry Christmas!
