ATTENTION! I also had the same problem. The charges will appear differently but will have a phone number attached. That 855 number will direct you to an automated machine that will manage your account--but it will trick you and is a pain in the a**. Instead, I Googled the company these subscriptions come from--because they don't come from F.Y.E. It's Synapse Group, Inc. They have a customer service call center but I called their main phone at (203) 595-8255. Here I got an English-speaking woman who canceled all the magazines and refunded the money ($23.00) to my account.

I went to a FYE place before and I asked the clerk specifically if there would be any charges to my account. He told me no every single time I asked. Next thing I know, I'm getting charges for some membership and these charges as well. I was able to get the membership ones off my account, but these ones are persistent.

I can confirm that the above post from eks is true. I called (203) 595-8255 and talked to a man that easily helped with the trouble and said they would cancel the subscription. Very satisfied.

This page was extremely helpful. If you talk to customer service and not a representative, they already know whats going on. I only had to say a couple words an she had them canceled and a refund in order.

After calling FYE and doing some googling, I found that you can call the (203)595-8255... they usually try to sell you something else or try to put you on a discounted price, I had to repeatedly say i do not want a subscription with them at all.

I also asked if I would be charged for the magazines and was told no. Now I'm looking at nearly one hundred dollars in fees. I cancelled my fye long ago but it apparently did not cancel the magazines. I tried calling (203) 595-8255 they gave me 877-351-2131 for FYE. The woman told me I needed to cancel through FYE and they would refund FYE who would refund me. Currently I've been waiting for 30 mins on the FYE customer service line.

I have already call to cancelle the magazinesame from fye it still keeps charging my card.
