In my case, I made an order in January and thought I had been charged the full amount, so when I saw a charge in arch, I thought "what the heck?". Anyway, after reporting it to the bank and further digging on the website, I found the error. Staples made the error initially. They did not realize they HAD sent everything and only charged for the items they though were shipped. They didn't have on record the third item that I DID receive, so they re-sent the item on March 4th and charged for that item. Staples error, but no money lost as it turns out. Same weird 800 number, too.
