What is it?

Had this on my debit card today, Sqc*snap Taeekaa Visa Transfer Ca Both transactions were for $250. Contacted my bank's Fraud department and they credited. They also tried to put through two transactions at $500 bank denied these. It appears this is some how linked to a Snap Chat money transfer application within Snap Chat.
