Charged $45 for unauthorized payment on my CC ending in 0847. 53rd Bank sent from fraud department a notice.

This charge occurred on my card and I do not recognized the vendor, none of my receipts match the charge and it was not authorized. I want a refund..

Charged $45. Also reported as “hcbbill.com” on my CC. Thankfully it was denied, but now my account is frozen until I get in a new card in 4-6 days.
