RCH-spartan Calgary CA

I was charged C$202,60 on my TD VISA CASH BACK credit card, on a purchase transaction date of December 22nd, 2024, and a posting date of December 23rd, 2024, from a company called RCH-spartan Calgary. It was charged in US Dollars (U$136,90) and converted to Canadian Dollars. I tried to find this company online; however, there is no match. Once on the purchase details, which I can only see online, the Location says CALGARY GB, which I assume is Great Britain, not Canada. Since 2021, I have not purchased anything online or in-store with this specific credit card. It was used only for the pre-authorized payment of a FIDO bill, which I cancelled in January 2025. Since then, the card has been on hold. I registered a dispute on this purchase with TD Bank, however they asked me to call 1-844-841-0328. I have been calling this number from abroad in Canada, and a robot answers it, puts it on hold, and I wait several minutes until the phone call ends by itself, before I can talk to any customer service.

In August 2024 I too had a charge of over $215 Canadian dollars, but the vendor identifier was "RCH* PRODUCTS CALGARY, AB", so it is supposedly Alberta, Canada. The bank had no useful information unless they cancelled my card to launch an investigation. In trying to find this company online, I found several (possibly related??) links, but the most prominent one seems to be "https://www.rchhardware.com/". In looking at their products, there is no way I would have ordered something like that and not remember it or have some sort of receipt for it. It's likely a mistaken/fraudulent charge, so I'll see if they are willing to investigate.
