I received a $9.66 charge 3/25/19 from PAYPAL *FIVESTARSSA to my credit card. The only places I used that card anywhere was at Family Dollar and Dollar General in person via issued chip card on 2/26/19. My credit card company said they had the $9.66 charge on 3/25/19 as an aduting/bookeeping service. Which I never use. However what is strange, but true on 3/18/19 I used eBay and paid with paypal with Another credit card for some vitamins and that total was $9.66 and that (sender) person was in ETNA, OH 43018. I say that is a remarkable coincidence both having $9.66. So how/where did they get my credit card number ?
