Shows up when you pay down your Chase credit card balance a certain amount,. e.g. by using Chase's "Pay by Account" feature in a web browser. This shows up on your 'Chase Account Activity' for a Chase credit card (in my circumstance, 'Chase Freedom' card) when you use a web browser (by logging into chaseonline.chase.com -> cards.chase.com) to make the payment. In my case, I set up Chase's "Pay By Account" feature to use a non-Chase checking account (i.e. I'm paying down my credit card with a 3rd party account) and I paid my credit card balance by manually scheduling a payment through the web browser using "Pay By Account." It is not a credit charge, but a debit (reduction) to your credit account balance representing the amount you paid (the dollar amount associated with the "Payment Thank You - Web" should have a minus sign (-) in front of it).
