This Project Franks #665 outfit is impossible to deal with! I used the car one time on May 23, 2024, and this organization has been charging my credit card monthly $27 from June through Dec 2024. When using the "Chat with an Expert Online Now" option, they send a form that STATEs they will solve the refund problem for $1 but when you enter the credit card information just before approval, the amount to be charged states $51. The CHATBOT disconnects and will not allow continuous conversations. I want a refund for six months of bogus charges at $27 per month. Jenifer Baehr
