I was sent an ad for a mobility scooter and a charge appeared on my credit card for 9.95 to a business called Purrfect Pal Ebooks located in Bay City, Texas. Is there a phone number for this business so I can claim a refund?

Was told I needed to upgrade my cloud storage with Google for a 1 time charge of 1.99. Immediately a charge appeared on my card for 9.99 for purrfect pals ebo. I need a contact number to try to get a refund
