I had major laser surgery on 12/15/17. Came home on the 19th in lots of pain and was immobile for over a week. I still can't drive. Went on my bank account online and noticed a $51.36 charge from a PPL DERM EXCLUSIVE on 12/20/17. I did not order this. I can't find a customer service phone number on their website. I will have to call my bank. It was charged to my debit account. I found this website while looking for the company online. What a bi__h!!
