A RESERVATION WAS MADE FOR MARCH 19 TO MARCH 22, 2015 TO STAY AT AMERICAN QUALITY LODGE IN PANAMA CITY, FL. ON ANOTHER WEBSITE. THERE IS A CHARGE OF $684.52 ON MY CAPITAL ONE BILL THIS $684.52 IS NOT MY BILL AND SHOULD BE REMOVED. THERE IS A NUMBER 877-477-7441, BUT YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A PERSON UNLESS YOU HAVE A CONFIRM # AND THE NUMBER YOU CALLED FROM WHEN YOU MADE THE RESERVATION. WHICH I DID NOT MAKE.

They r still in operation as of july 2018.. they got me for 450 us dollars. The name on my bank statement is PLN*HOTEL . The website that got me is some reservation site that actually comes up at the top of google seach. I think the problem may b getting worse not better.

A Charge of $57.53 appeared on my credit card and I don't know why...but it has the 800-657-9168 attached with the charge. I stayed at a Howard Johnsons on the same day but that was a different charge on my card...What is going on here...Is this Fraud??? I am disputing this with my card company and having them do an investigation
