When I gave the attendant my Chase card that I used all over Israel, he tells me they don't take USA cards, and I should give him 100 USD!! NOW I SEE MY CARD CHARGED FOR 138.OO USD. PLS REPLY. At last saturday(Dec. 8th 2018) I tanked 40.756 liters of fuel at total 256.50 schekels. I tanked at the station near Jerusalem, on the way to Tel Aviv. My card was charged 400 schekels. I have your receipt, so either unblock it in 24 hours or I will dispute the charge.

Hello, I was in Jerusalem, I rented a 50-liter car, I filled it up at a gas station for 253 ILS and they charged me 700 ILS, is it possible to recover the remaining balance?
