PAY*PENDING WALNUT CREEK CA

This seems to be a 3rd party automatic payment processor. For me, it is for automatic payment of a storage room and the storage company uses a 3rd party called Storage Solutions (or something similar) to process automatic payments. This 3rd party is supposed to be in Utah so I don't know why the charge shows up as "PAY*PENDING from Walnut Creek CA" but is a legitimate charge.

A merchant on vrbo used this to charge me for a vacation rental

For me this was a storage space monthly rental fee.

The charge YPS Storage Rental, Walnut Creek shows up on my bank statement. This is a fraudulent charge!

I believe this is from rentpayment.com. If you applied for an apartment and paid through this website, but then later either declined the apartment or were not approved for it, when they return the funds to you, this is the credit that will appear in your statement.

Lockout Music Studios use that on their receipts. My studio is in San Diego.

I have no idea why $46.20 was taken out of my account from POS DEBIT PAY*PENDING WALNUT CREEK CA... hopefully my bank will be able to stop payment when I report it to them first thing Monday morning! :(
