I placed an order on 11.22.2021. Shortly after, I noticed the 5 items totaling over $1500.00+ was being sent to a home I sold 2 years ago at 190 Broadwqay, Clark, NJ 07066. I contacted Nordstrom shortly after my 11.22.2021 order to advise them that they were sending my order totaling 5 items to a house I sold 2 years ago. Nordstrom said they would redirect the order (3 packages) to 1004 Bowsprit Pt. Lanoka Harbor NJ 08734, where I have lived for 2 years. I have received 1 item since, which is the beige sequin jacket. Then I got an email from Nordstrom stating they could not do the refund I requested; however, I did not request a refund. I would prefer to have my merchandise for the holidays. I will be be contacting Discover to dispute the charges on the items which I have not received. I do not intend to pay for items which I have not received.
