What is it?

A fraudulent $5,863.00 charge appeared on my credit card under this company. I noticed it two days later and was surprised the credit card company didn't catch it as I've never been to NJ and live on the west coast. I'm also surprised a legitimate toll company would accept such a large charge from a credit card that doesn't match an account name. Credit card company said they would remove the charge.
