I received 2 declined transactions, $50 and $100, both coming from Nintendo according to my card company. Nintendo refused to give me information on the account holder that attempted to use my card. Not a name, City, state. So I had to cancel my card. Nintendo accused my child of stealing my card, rather than giving me the information I needed to file a fraud case. We only have a 2ds and it has never been linked to my debit card in any way. My 8 year old is not the thief! If your card has been used, cancel your card and get a replacement asap. It's the only thing you can do to protect your self from theft.

Legitimate charge for funds loaded onto the Nintendo e-Shop account for Nintendo DS games. Check with your kids.

My Visa credit card was charge a purchase from Nintendo Americaus of which I didn't purchase. I don't know antyhing about using Nintendo.

My husbands debit card number was stolen and we have 3 charges from Nintendo digital. We don't have any kids or nintendo devises.

I have a pending charge with Nintendo Americaus for $19.99. My kids have a Nintendo Switch but I do not believe a credit card number was needed for using that gaming system.

We don't own any "gaming system. This is an obvious fraud and if you don't catch it, they get to keep it. And if you don't catch it for a month, guess what? They draw interest on your money. It's not much but how many are they doing this to? How much goes to "the big guy?" Hmmm.

Avid Nintendo user here. This is NOT a charge from Nintendo. All of my Nintendo transactions on my statements do NOT look like this. This is 100% a fraudulent charge and I advise to cancel your card.

Don’t waste your time calling—- if you see something on your bank statement and it’s from this “company” just call your bank and get your money back and get a new card.

They are scammers !! They have a access to our cards without having it. Either it may have happened at a gas pump or your information on a fraud website ! Idk but they are really not a shop it’s all a scam ! Call your bank and get your stuff changed or they will continue to do this to u

I woke up to a $370.99 charge from Nintendo Ameri from 5/5 and a refund for the same amount today. We do not have a Nintendo and have never bought anything from them.
