My bank card was stolen from the Twins game on Tuesday night and used to purchase a transit ticket at 9:05 am! Don't you need a PIN number to get tickets?

Call Metro Transit regarding any purchases you are not sure on what the charges are for. Call the bank if you think the charges were done illegally and also to back up your challenging the charges and claiming fraud, make a police report. That will be necessary. I have been through this and am still dealing with repercussions over three years later.
