What is it?

I wasn't sure what this was....but after reviewing known expenses and what's missing on my card statement, I think it's from a food vendor outside the air and space museum in DC. It sold ice cream, and did not appear to be at all related to McDonald's. But there was a McDonald's around the corner, so it's possible.
