My insurance covers prenatal care 100%. However, after my first visit to these swindlers, I received a letter saying that they've reviewed my insurance and statetehat the esimated fees would be approximately $420 and I would have to pay that by the 7th month of pregnancy. I could either pay that all at my first visit or pay $70 a visit. They were terrible providers as it was, and I decided to switch to someone who wouldn't make me wait 2 hours in the waiting room, and to someone who didn't treat me like a lesser person thinking I'm stupid. Also, i can never get ahold of them when i call on the phone. Zero customer service. So when I called the insurance company to find out fees and claims to prep for switching, the agent showed that our only responsibility was $3.74 for a glucose test, NOT $420!! The test was negative, but the acehole still wanted me to be treated for justational. TERRIBLE OFFICE, TERRILBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE ETHICS. Should have their medical license revoked.
