HORIZON DIRECT SAN DIEGO CA

I have no idea what this is. My email says I made this purchase at 12:22am on 06/21/2022. I was sleeping at that hour and have no idea what this is. How do I cancel and get a refund?

I had a monthly charge of $39.99 from them, I google the company and call their number HORIZON DIRECT 1877-595-6382. The customer service person said it is a company that offers up to 60% discount on restaurants around the nation, I don't recall purchasing this service, and she explain that I was automatically enrolled when I made a purchase on a third-party seller, in my case it was when I purchased some kind of cleaning spray online. I explained I was not aware of that enrollment, and they canceled all future transactions and returned my money (at least the last transaction).

I was charged $19.95 by HORIZON DIRECT SAN DIEGO CA 3 times, and I do not know who they are; I did not authorize these charges. I don't live in California.

Called and Horizon direct is restaurant and store discount card. Call the number listed on Card transaction and they cancelled the service and refunded. Showed up within 5 min on Card transactions. They said it was when I purchased a foam cleaner online. I’m usually very careful with purchases but this must have been really buried! It was from a Facebook ad.

I received a message from my bank that I had a charge of $39.95. I did not authorize this and my bank canceled my card! This is not the first time I've seen this charge and not the first time I've had to cancel my card. UGH! Ridiculous

My credit card was charged $19.95 on 06/10/23 in the middle of the night. I was notified by my credit card company to see if I made this charge. When I replied NO they cancelled my existing credit card and sent me a new card. This caused me a lot of extra work and was without a credit card for a week.

I never ordered this service. I never authorized this company to take money from my bank.

BEWARE I just noticed a $19.95 recurring monthly charge since May-2022 thru August 2022. This was Horizon Direct, who I never heard of and did NOT authorize. I called their service number and was told that I may have inadvertently authorized it when making a purchase with my card. WHAT ??? They cancelled and refunded one months charge.

I was charged $19.95 by a Horizon Direct for an unauthorized charge and l want a refund.

I received a fraud alert on my phone from Amex at 12:03 am for a $19.95 charge to Horizon Direct. Never heard of them. Didn’t make the charge. Had to cancel my Amex & order a replacement card. Pain in the a** now, having to change all my auto-pays. How did they get my Amex card number?!

I received an unauthorized charge for 19.95 for Horizon Direct -877-5956382 but have no idea what it is for. I've disputed it with my bank.

This is a scam and fraudulent charging to my account by a 3rd party. Now the bank has blocked and cancelled 3 of our cards. what a stinking mess all because we bought some FOAMING TOILET BOWL CLEANER. Charge after charge after charge. After reading all the other complaints, someone should go to jail!

I received a charge from Horizon Direct for $39.95. I made no such charge, but I too previously made an online purchase of a foam cleaner. They must be connected, so they get your information. I called the number they have to put into your bank information. It's recorded and only tells you to contact them by email to cancel your subscription. I will do that and ask for a refund. Someone else mentioned that they did refund them. I'm going to withdraw my funds today and get a new debit card immediately. No mention anywhere of what you have supposedly purchased.

The unauthorized subscription scam continues. The charge was flagged by my Bank and have filed a fraudulent charge claim. But it will mean changing/revising our legit charges with the new card.

I have a charge to my debit card for $39.95, I did not authorize this charge nor do I know what it's for. I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning to file a dispute

i already cancelled my Debit card with this suspicious charge of 19.95 being charged to my account since May of 2023 and it is now November the charge was made in the middle of the night i never eat out and would not have signed up. FRAUD it just stinks that businesses have to scoop to these levels to make their money!!!

WE were charged $19.95. I called their customer service for a refund and cancellation (877-595-6382). They told me their service was automatically signed up for when we purchased something online. There was no agreement by my wife or me to sign up for any service when the product was purchased. They cancelled the "subscription". We will make sure the CC company does not pay for the attempted scam.

I had a message from the bank at 1:08 this morning while I was asleep asking about a charge for 39.95. I have no idea who Horizon is. I'm hoping that it didn't go through since I didn't answer for hours. I also don't know how someone got my information. From reading this thread there seems to be a pattern here.

never approve any charges from horizon direct. 2 months they automatically charged. I want a refund

Had a charge for $39.95 from Horizon Direct showing up on my bank statement saying I ordered something at 1:35 a.m., when I was sound asleep. The following day, another charge for $15.00 also showed up. I immediately cancelled my debit card, and was reissued a new one, and filed disputes on both charges. Who are these people?

“Horizon Direct” is a criminal money laundering operation. Note the fraudulent changes going though just after midnight, when most of the victims are asleep. This had been going on for years and no one in law enforcement has lifted a finger to stop them. Thus, these criminals will continue preying in senior citizens.

This 39.95 charge I guess was from a purchase through Spalshfoam. Sneaky little devils. Cancel that right away.

I do not keep a high balance on my debit card because of fraud I woke up this morning and saw an email and change on my card from Horizon direct for $19.95 I did not authorize this the only time I use my debit card is when I transfer money on it and use it that day I did email them wanting an explanation and a refund

I just realized that I had 4 monthly charges of $39.95 from Horizon Direct. I called 877-595-6382 and spoke to a rep. She told me that i had purchased a product on FaceBook called Pet no more and was signed up. i had NO clue!! She canceled the account and was going to refund only one month. I said no I want the full refund of $159.80. When I told her that is illegal she said they would refund all monies to my account. I will be watching my account to find out if it happens.

I received a charge for $39.95 on my debit card. Never heard of Horizon direct. But, reading the comments I did buy Foaming Toile Bowl Cleaner.( Doesn't work).. What a scam. I called Horizon Direct and waited and they hung up on me. I had to cancel my card. What a hassle.

Same thing here. I ordered a Splash foam cleaner. They charged my for more than I ordered. A month later, the product has still not arrived. The tracking number site they sent me does not work. And now a $53 charge from Horizon Direct. 2nd time I had to cancel my card this year. Such a pain. I did cancel the charges on both (Splash and Horizon Direct).

Got a charge for $39 never ordered anything. Ended up with a new debit car from this charge. GGGRRRRR
