I renewed my California CCW and the charge came up on my bank statement as GOVMNTAPPS.COM so it's a valid charge.

I recently renewed my AZ CCW permit online. It was done through a website called permitium.com. The renewal fee was the exact amount that showed up on the day of the renewal on my credit card statement as GOVMNTAPPS.COM CHARLOTTE NC. Based on my situation, the charge is legitimate and indeed a fee charged by a government organization.

This charge appeared after I made a legitimate purchase at Lucky Wishbone at Broadway and Swan thru the Toast Local app. Charge is the exact amount of what I ordered so it must be a payment processing app.
