What is it?

I called your listed toll free number to dispute a charge to my account. Your representatives asked me to give them my credit card information. You seriously need to come up with a better way to detect fraud. I have contacted my cc company to STOP this charge. The representatives were very friendly, but after being asked the 2nd time for my card info, I laughed and asked her if she wanted to give me hers... Come on...do better...I hope I don't find out who made this charge on my account.

I have a ONeVanilla prepaid card. I would've been able to buy a game I love had it not been for the 8 dollar charge from GCI woodwind
