DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT deal with this company. They pretend to be Microsoft Office but they have absolutely NO AFFILIATION with Microsoft. I needed quick repair to my PC and stupidly believed the Microsoft crap. They remotely accessed my PC and further infected it so I would buy another program to fix it. I immediately requested a refund and notified my cc company not to pay their charges. Today someone called telling me they couldn't send a check for less than $800.00 so I could keep what they owed me and send them back the difference. When I told them I was aware of their scam the person cursed and said, good luck getting your money back!! STAY AWAY FROM this company. I would tell you their name but they refused to give it to me. Just kept telling me they were part of Microsoft

Downloaded what we thought was Adobe Flash Player update which installed malware on the computer and ran what looked like an antivirus software which asked to call this number: 877-489-1488. They then ask to remote terminal into your computer. Complete frauds. Bank statement says it comes from a company called Paddle and then another bank statement says it comes from PT Support 877-3278914. Look for MegaBackup and Mac Mechanic and uninstall. Then call Mac support and ask for further support on how to delete the malware from your computer.

This was a charge for some email conversion software I purchased.
