When you sign up for an AT&T account you will be offered a tech support bundle that will be FREE for a limited time after which you should contact them to cancel. This is a typical bait and switch practice which should be outlawed. If you cancel your phone service with the unscrupulous AT&T company, your financial information is shared with CTS Frontier so that they can continue collecting their fee from your account. Since you are not contracted with them, you don't have an account number or any reference for doing business with them except the monthly charges. Make sure you keep reference numbers, account numbers and a paper trail of communications to support your dispute. How is this even legal?????
