It is sad that they call it such a confusing thing. Yes, I pumped up my tire with a car air at Frys Food. Later, when I saw that 'CSC Servicework' $2 charge... it certainly seemed as if it was a fee from either Walmart or Frys (the only two I went to).
No, it isn't a fee. It is the air machine that you used to fill up your tires. Remember? You put the credit card into the machine, then you pumped up your tires.
It isn't a scam. It's air. You did it.
I got a charge from CSC Servicework for paying with a card for a car tire airing station.
We also received this charge from these people. We figured out that it was for an air machine at a gas station that was used. (yes, you now have to pay to air up your tires and it only uses a cc / debit card)
An inexplicable $2.00 charge showed up on my credit card-- from CSC ServiceWork (note singular; there is also a CSC ServiceWorks company). I disputed it and my card company immediately (!) cancelled the charge --as if they are aware of this scam! --But who is doing this, and is the AZ Attorney General and BBB aware?! Thanks
