Sometimes, if you rent a movie, you are actually signing up for a FREE TRIAL if that movie you rented is not with Amazon Prime. It happened to me. The answer, is EASY. contact Amazon Digital services and report it at: 1-866-216-1072. Amazon gave me a FULL credit for those subscriptions I did not intentionally want to sign up to join. The rep was very understanding and knew exactly what I was referring to without a bunch of hassle. It is NOT Amazon's fault. they did their very best to help me and did. If you rent movies outside of PRIME, check your account under "Subscriptions" and you can see if you got into a free 7 day trial !
