I had this charge for renewing my alarm system monitoring registration with the city I live in.

This showed up on my credit card after paying online for my security system alarm permit with the City of Carrollton, Tx on June 27, 2022. The only other charges on my credit card at the time were for a Homeowners insurance policy.
