If you see the phone number 646-837-5380 next to a Spotify charge, it is FRAUDULENT. You need to report it to your card company.

My debit card was charged $10.85 for Spotify. However, I have family premium ($16.28), my payments are made through Paypal only AND no Spotify payment was due. Additionally, I recently changed my Paypal payment method from my debit card to my credit card so nothing from Spotify should ever appear on my debit card.

I called the phone # listed on the transaction - (646-837-5380). There was a generic automated message, which didn't indicate what company it was. Also, the foreign customer service rep, who I was connected to, refused to tell me the name of the company I was calling. In other words, it wasn't Spotify.

Apparently, this scam has been going on for years. It's frustrating that Spotify hasn't done anything about somebody using their company name to defraud subscribers.
