Subscription to software - Adobe Acrobat Pro

I signed up for Adobe Acro Pro Subs free trial which I found out was of no use to me so deleted it from my computer! Unfortunately, Adobe charged me on my credit card for $22.59 . I thought it was a free trial, how can I contact them and terminate Adobe forever?

I only learned about the charges made by Adobe when I received my bank statement for April, 2022. They had made charges of $15.99 for the months of March , April and recently May. I have never bought or subscribed to anything at Adobe. I had to get a new debit card at the bank (Cape Cod 5) yesterday in order to stop this annoying "subscription" charge. I have no idea where this came from or how they learned of my bank account. I hope they will be found out and punished. I'm a recent widow and don 't need this additional nuisance. My Citibank card denied me credit without informing me that my credit ended when my husband died-- this, after banking with Citibank since 1975 and paying them thousands of dollars in interest. Disgusted!!

I have been trying to cancel a trial subscription for adobe acropro subs for over 6 months. My US credit card has been billed $16.79 a month for this entire period and there is no apparent way to stop it. Emails go nowhere, cancellation program does not function, and phone number is no longer in service. This to me meets all the definitions of a scam. Does a class action law suite need to be initiated against Adobe?

I posted an explanation of my Adobe Acropro problem--vrry similar to those above. A few minutes later, I discovered that it did not post. This is a fraudulent charge for all of us and probably many more. How do we contact someone for help?

Received a Charge of 15.01, the perfect amount to throw my account from 15 into negatives and get double charged over-draft fees.

Total Scam whatever this is. I don't even have an Adobe profile. Get a new card whomever you are reading this and avoid using your card much.

just had a charge on my account for 16.08 did not subscribe for anything from adobe.

Having same problem as all above mentioned. Never applied for this service and cannot cancel. 15.93 is being charged monthly. Can't get through at number shown on credit card bill 408-536-6000. Attempting to work with my credit card company to handle.
