What is it?

Just got an email notification about this charge not going through (folks keep your cards LOCKED for this very reason). The Capital One email looks perfect, identical. Except it was not sent to my banking email address but to my business email address. I'm not sure how they spoofed it, but the "fraud" department asked for my social security number not the "case number". This is an identity theft scam.
